What happens if it rains or gets cold?
Nobody likes rain on their parade! But as an outdoor event, in the UK our screenings is subject to the elements and will go ahead in most weather conditions, including light to constant rain or potential rain. A cancellation will only be considered if the conditions present a danger to our guests or staff.
Our guests accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a screening night and acknowledge that tickets are non-refundable. But if a session is cancelled, your tickets will be transferable for another night in the current season.
We encourage you to pack smart and bring something to keep you warm, comfy and dry, just in case the great British summer weather decides not to be nice. The temperature can drop at night, especially in early summer. Ponchos, blankets and plastic picnic rugs are always a good option. We do provide all free ponchos when rain is forecast.
We will always let you know with as much notice as possible and we are always looking at the weather forecast in the leadup to the screening. If you are unlucky enough to have your screening cancelled then don’t worry, you can use your tickets again for the current season
